"GO 4 THE SHOW LLC" was founded by Brent Dobbs in 2011 as a Limited Liability Corporation with Corporate Headquarters in Tulsa, Oklahoma providing services nation-wide.  Brent is a native of Tulsa, Oklahoma for the past 42 years, winning the 6A 1984 State Championship in baseball for the Tulsa Memorial Chargers.  Since that time Brent has been actively involved in amateur sports in the Tulsa area as a Head Coach for 12 seasons and counting.  Brent supports Perfect Practice Athletic Center (PPAC) and is Head Coach of a competitive youth baseball team featuring kids from all over Oklahoma.  Among duties in which Brent supports PPAC are:  IT, Webmaster & College/MLB placement through Go 4 The Show.

The mission of Go 4 The Show is to maximize college scholarship and/or professional contract placement rates for High School Baseball athletes by facilitating additional showcases/combines to numerous Junior College, NAIA & NCAA Div 1/2/3 & Professional Scouts.  By doing  so, these athletes have greater opportunities to obtain scholarships and/or professional contracts that otherwise may have not been possible.

The initial need for Go 4 The Show was realized by casual conversation with Top Tier area High School & College Coaches, as well as families frustrated from the experience of living through the tumultuos recruiting process.  We found that the  demand from High School Seniors unsigned, Juniors wanting more exposure and a jump-start on the process, as well as Fresh/Soph's seeking timely NCAA DI early bird workouts, was exceeding the supply of regional event opportunities.  In addition, quality prospect feedback & quality prospect promotion tools are unfortunately very difficult for families to obtain.  Also, several colleges indicated they were desperately looking for quality players late into their recruiting season.  This opportunity justified the need for Go 4 The Show to enable greater awareness in our community to the supply/demand of prospective college athletes. 

The function of Go 4 The Show is to help achieve improved communication with HS Upper & Lower-classmen that are capable of obtaining quality college scholarships and/or professional contracts via greater exposure/awareness that otherwise may have not been possible.  This "Last Call" experience for HS athletes can be very frustrating if not planned well.  Go 4 The Show has extensive expertise with numerous HS & College Coaches/Recruiters, as well as a Professional network of contacts to provide the connectivity for local talent to graduate to the next level.  Some of the athletes that seek our services may continue to play the sport they love, as well as significantly reduce the cost of their college education by obtaining scholarships and not having to rely totally upon personal funds or obtaining Student Loans.

Other programs exist similar to this nationally, but no other local program we are aware of to date offers the full-range of exposure as provided by Go 4 The Show.
